Order Method
1) How do i place an order?
- Click the link " placa an order here". Write down your name, contact number, email and place your order.
2) How do i know my order status?
- Once the order confirmed, you will receive an order received by email that required you make the payment.
3) How do i make the payment once my order confirmed?
- The payment can make via bank deposit or online banking. Only Maybank and CIMB bank.
4) What are Order Received, Orders Confirmed, and Order Cancelled ?
- Order Received : This email informs that we have received your orders and required you to make your payment as soon as possible.
- Order Confirmed: This email confirms that we have received your payment and has processed your order. Next, we will arrange for delivery as per your request.
- Order Cancelled: This email confirms that we have cancelled your order as per your request. You may email us should you need further assistance with regards the cancelled order.
5) How and when can i cancel an order?
- You may cancel your order if the product not yet in production. No refund if cancel the order after the payment is settled.
Product Method
1) Can i choose my favourite color of the roses?
- Yes, you can mix with all of color that we provide for handmade roses.
2) Can i include a gift message with my order?
- Yes, of course! The gift message will be printed on a high quality card and included with your order. Please input the message to recipient in the order form as well.
Delivery Method
1) Can you deliver at a specific date and time?
- We can deliver your order at any date, except weekend & public holidays.
2) What can I do to ensure that my order is delivered successfully?
- A successful delivery depends on accurate information: the full name, address and postcode of the recipient. Any damage or lost of items during delivery will not be responsible.
